Sunday morning 8 o’clock sharp my dad arrived at our home to bring us to Schiphol International Airport. 5 months after booking the trip, the date finally arrived for me and Petra to go to Miami. We are leaving just in time because it’s getting really cold in Holland! The ride to Schiphol went fine and after my dad dropped us off, we dropped our baggage and went thru customs. A quick coffee at Starbucks and at 10 boarding started for our flight to London Heathrow. Clime and descent, that’s basicly a flight from Schiphol to London….it took only 45 minutes. After arriving at Heathrow, we found our way to Gate B47. After a small delay of 30 our British Airways Boeing 747 took off, heading for Miami. The fight actually went really smoothly. After the movies SALT, Toy Story 3, some comedies, a Tiesto podcast, a tiny sleep and some candy’s, we landed at Miami International Airport at 18:15 o’clock local time. Immegrations where hell this time…..it took us almost 45 minutes to get the final approval to enter the USA. It was so crowded due to the fact that a lot of US citizens had a long weekend due to Thanksgiving.
